Durable Power of Attorney
A will is a document that every person should have. It allows you to speak from the grave to distribute your property to loved ones.
A living will is a document which directs a medical professional to "pull the plug" if it is determined that you will not recover from a vegetative state. It saves the grief of forcing a loved one to make the ultimate decision.
A durable power of attorney appoints someone to make medical decisions in the event you are incapacitated.
Each of these documents are very important and should be handled by an attorney who is experienced with these matters.
